Lightweight foam injected under a slab expands, fills voids and lifts concrete quickly, from small holes, with a cure time measured in minutes.
Polyurethane foam lifting uses a two-part liquid that is injected through small holes in the slab. The liquid expands into a rigid foam that fills voids and raises the concrete, often within minutes. The foam is light, so it does not add much load to soft soil, and it is water resistant, so it does not wash out.
We drill small holes, about the size of a nickel, in a planned pattern. We inject the foam in small amounts, watching the slab rise with a laser level and moving from hole to hole until the surface is back where it should be. The holes are patched and the slab can usually be used right away. Foam is a favorite for driveways, walks, patios, pool decks and garage floors, and it works well in tight spaces where heavy equipment will not fit.
The foam weighs far less than grout, which means less new load on weak soil, and it holds the slab firmly.
It does not absorb water or wash out, so it keeps its shape over time.
Small injections and a laser level let us bring the slab up to the correct height without overlifting.
Small equipment, small holes and quick cure mean little disruption to your yard and your day.

You tell us what you have noticed, a crack, a damp smell, a sloping floor or standing water, and we set a visit that fits your day.
We look closely inside and out, measure floors and cracks, check moisture and drainage and take photos of anything of note.
We explain what is urgent, what can wait and what is optional, and give you a written scope and options.
We lay floor protection, mark utilities, protect landscaping and set up before any digging or drilling begins.
We install, seal, lift or repair with the right tools and materials, checking our work as we go.
We clean up, restore the surface, show you what we did, share care tips and set a reminder for your next check.

About the size of a nickel, and they are patched afterward.
Foam is lighter and faster. Grout can suit thick slabs and large voids. We explain both.
The foam is stable and water resistant, so it lasts as long as the soil stays stable.
Usually yes, after a short cure.
