A leaking crack, joint or wall gets traced to its source and repaired, so the next storm is only weather.
A basement leak can be a thin trickle in one crack or a dark line along the whole floor joint after a storm. Either way, it is water that has found a path and will find it again. Leaks that are ignored feed mold, ruin stored items, damage finishes and slowly wear the foundation itself. Early repair costs far less than waiting.
We trace the leak instead of guessing. We note where and when it appears, follow the wall and floor with a moisture meter and look outside for the matching cause: a downspout pouring onto the wall, soil sloping toward the house or a window well filling with water. Cracks are sealed by injection. Joints between wall and floor get a drain that gives water a path. We also tell you what to watch so you know the repair is working.
Wall cracks and old form-tie holes leak after rain. Injection seals them through the full thickness of the wall.
This is the most common entry for water in block walls. An interior drain lets the water escape safely instead of rising onto the floor.
Water and sewer lines and electrical entries can leak at the wall. They are sealed with materials that stay flexible.
We look at the roof water and grading, because stopping water at the source protects the repair.

You tell us what you have noticed, a crack, a damp smell, a sloping floor or standing water, and we set a visit that fits your day.
We look closely inside and out, measure floors and cracks, check moisture and drainage and take photos of anything of note.
We explain what is urgent, what can wait and what is optional, and give you a written scope and options.
We lay floor protection, mark utilities, protect landscaping and set up before any digging or drilling begins.
We install, seal, lift or repair with the right tools and materials, checking our work as we go.
We clean up, restore the surface, show you what we did, share care tips and set a reminder for your next check.
Water pressure builds in the soil and pushes through cracks, joints and block pores.
Yes. Injection seals the crack through the wall without digging.
A drain along the footing collects that water and sends it to a sump.
If the outside cause is fixed and the repair is sound, it should stay dry. We explain what to watch.
Yes. Small leaks grow and feed mold and damage.
