What we believe

A good foundation job is mostly looking. The parts that matter, the footing, the soil, the drainage and the water, are out of sight, and a company that guesses will miss them. We believe the process should be as careful as the craft: someone visits, measures, shows you what they found with photos and explains the plan in plain words. Pressure, vague scopes and surprises are not how we work.

We are part of Music City Builder Group, a family of Nashville-area home and property services. That means we know the neighborhoods, the older stone and brick homes with damp crawl spaces, the block basements that bow under wet clay and the new builds settling on fresh fill, and we plan to be here for the long haul.

What we do

• Foundation repair and support: cracks, bowing walls, settlement, piers, underpinning and slab, block and pier and beam foundations
• Waterproofing and drainage: interior and exterior drains, sump pumps, French drains, gutters, grading and window wells

• Concrete leveling and lifting: foam, mudjacking, driveways, walks, patios, porches and floors
• Indoor air and moisture: humidity control, mold testing, radon and odor removal
• Inspections and planning: foundation inspections, engineer coordination, real estate reports, claim photos and permits

How we work

You get drawings and a written scope before we order anything, careful protection of your floors, yard and landscaping during the work and a clean site at the end of every day. We walk every project with you at the end, explain how to care for it and stay available afterward for checkups and repairs.
