A visit to look at the problem, a straight answer about what is urgent and what can wait, and a clear written estimate.
Most owners call because something worries them: a crack, a smell, a sloping floor or water after a storm. They want to know whether it is serious, what it will take to fix and whether they can trust the answer. An estimate visit is meant to answer those questions without pressure, and it begins with listening to what you have noticed and when.
We look at the problem inside and out, measure what can be measured and take photos. We tell you what we see in plain language, what is urgent and what can wait. If you want a repair, we give you a written scope with the work described and the materials named, so you can compare it with any other. If we think no work is needed, we say that too. There is no pressure to decide at the visit.
Your observations are valuable. When did it start, where, and what changed? We use them to focus the visit.
We inspect inside and outside, measure and photograph so the estimate rests on facts.
The estimate describes what will be done, with what, and how, so you can compare proposals fairly.
Take your time. If you need a second opinion or an engineer, we understand and support it.
