How we work

Six steps from first call to a dry, level, solid home.

A clear, unhurried process that keeps you informed and in control.

The journey

What happens, and when.

  1. A smartphone with a blank dark screen on a table beside a coffee mug and a small clipboard in soft warm light
    01

    Call and schedule

You tell us what you have noticed, a crack, a damp smell, a sloping floor or standing water, and we set a visit that fits your day.

  2. A flashlight, a crack gauge card and a moisture meter resting on a concrete basement floor beside a wall in bright light
    02

    Inspect and listen

We look closely inside and out, measure floors and cracks, check moisture and drainage and take photos of anything of note.

  3. A clean desk with a blank notepad, a pencil and a small steel pier bracket beside a mug in soft window light
    03

    Plan and explain

We explain what is urgent, what can wait and what is optional, and give you a written scope and options.

  4. Plastic floor protection laid over a driveway edge beside neatly stacked tools and a mini excavator bucket at a house foundation in bright light
    04

    Prepare and protect

We lay floor protection, mark utilities, protect landscaping and set up before any digging or drilling begins.

  5. A steel pier bracket being positioned under a house foundation in a clean trench with a hydraulic jack in bright light
    05

    Do the work

We install, seal, lift or repair with the right tools and materials, checking our work as we go.

  6. A tidy freshly graded yard beside a repaired foundation wall with clean gravel and a downspout extension in soft light
    06

    Finish and walk through

We clean up, restore the surface, show you what we did, share care tips and set a reminder for your next check.

Timing

How long does it take?

How long does a typical project take?

An inspection usually takes an hour or two. Repairs, drains, piers and crawl space work take a day or more, and parts, weather or approvals can add time. We give you a schedule with your written scope.

Do I need to be home?

It helps to be there for the visit and the final walk-through, and we keep you posted by phone or message in between. Please keep children and pets away from tools and ladders.

What should I do before installation?

Clear a path to the work area, move stored items away from basement walls, mark any sprinkler heads or invisible fences and tell us about pets and your association. We protect the rest and handle drawings and approvals coordination with you.
